The service

Roadster AI is an independent tool for creating AI car stunt videos from uploaded photos. Using the service means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Roadster name describes the creative theme. Roadster AI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts and authorized uploads

Keep your account credentials secure and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Upload only images and other content you own or are authorized to use, including the permission needed to submit them to AI processing providers. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, or use the service with the authorization required where you live.

Generation and use of results

The generator displays the available effect, its input requirements, and the credits required before submission. Examples help you understand the style. Each generation is a new AI-created video; review your completed file before publishing or using it commercially. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your intended use, including trademarks, people, and third-party content.

You retain rights you already hold in your uploads. You give Roadster AI and the processing providers permission to process that content as needed to perform your request, store and deliver the result, protect the service, and provide support. We do not acquire ownership of your source photograph by accepting an upload. These terms do not grant rights in third-party brands or guarantee exclusive copyright in an AI-generated output.

Prices, payments, and credits

The site offers a single video and multi-video packs. The selected product, quantity, currency, and final payable amount are shown before a purchase. Current offers are described on the Pricing page. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Credits are used for the selected generation. Confirmed failed tasks return their reserved credits according to the task and credit records. This is a credit return, not an automatic cash refund. If a task is still processing, its reserved credits stay associated with that task until its status is resolved. See the Refund Policy for payment issues and refund requests.

Downloads and retention

Generated video files are scheduled to expire 30 days after completion. Download and save your result before then. Uploaded images are scheduled for deletion after seven days; images required by an active task are kept until that task reaches a final state. Deleting a media file does not necessarily remove related billing, credit, or support records. Further details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability, disputes, and support

Network issues, provider queues, or maintenance can delay generation. The task status in your account is the place to check progress. A delayed task should not be treated as a failed task until its final state is known. Send the task or order ID to support if the displayed state or credit balance needs investigation.

We may restrict misuse or suspend an account that violates these terms, with the information and recourse required by applicable law. You may request account closure through support. These terms do not exclude any consumer rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes, with additional notice when required. The date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms, an order, or a generation can be sent through Contact support.
