Privacy Policy

How Roadster AI handles account data, car photos, generated videos, payments, and analytics preferences.

Last updated: 2026-10-17

Scope and contact

This policy applies to Roadster AI at teslaroadsterai.pro. Roadster AI is an independent car-video creation tool. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of your information, sign in and contact support. Include the account email and relevant video or order ID; never send a password or full card number.

Information we handle

  • Account information: your email address, profile details, authentication credentials, and session information needed to create and protect an account. Password authentication is handled by our authentication system; passwords are not displayed to support staff.
  • Creation content: the car photos you upload, optional scene instructions, generation settings, task status, and resulting videos.
  • Billing and credits: order identifiers, selected products, payment status, credit reservations, use, and returns. The payment provider shown at checkout handles payment details. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
  • Support and security: messages you send to support, relevant activity records, and technical information required to troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse.
  • Optional analytics: when enabled and permitted by your saved preference, visit identifiers, campaign parameters, referring website, approximate country, and interaction data help us understand how the service is used. Analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, not a promise of anonymity.

Why we use this information

We use account and creation data to authenticate you, process the requested video, deliver downloads and history, calculate credits, and resolve support requests. We use payment and security records to reconcile purchases, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Optional analytics helps us measure usage and improve the product. You can manage it through Analytics preferences in the footer without disabling sign-in or video creation.

Processing and service providers

Creating a video requires sending your selected image and generation instructions to the AI processing provider. The Roadster Kickflip workflow uses APIMart to access the configured video model. The provider receives a temporary link to the input needed for that task. Provider processing is subject to its own service terms and data practices; this policy does not promise a provider retention period that we cannot independently control.

We use Supabase for site account and task records and private Cloudflare R2 object storage for uploaded images and generated videos. Access to private downloads is checked against your account. Hosting, payment, and configured analytics providers receive the information needed to perform their roles. These providers may process information in countries other than yours.

We do not sell your uploaded photos or publish your private creations as public examples without your permission. Upload only content that you are authorized to share for AI processing. Please avoid documents, visible personal details, or unrelated people in the image.

Storage and deletion

  • Generated video files: scheduled to expire 30 days after completion. Download and keep a local copy before they expire. You can delete a completed video from your video history sooner.
  • Uploaded image files: scheduled for deletion after seven days. An image still needed by an active generation task is retained until that task finishes or fails; queued physical deletion completes through the storage cleanup process.
  • Task, credit, order, and support records: may remain after a media file is deleted so we can show your history, resolve disputes, keep billing records, and protect the service. A deleted media file and a deleted account record are different actions.
  • Preference cookie: your analytics choice is saved for up to 365 days unless you change it or clear your browser data. The first-party analytics visit cookie, when used, lasts up to 30 days.

You can request deletion or a copy of account data through support. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligations. We explain any relevant limitation when handling the request.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies support account sessions and language settings. Optional analytics and advertising integrations, if configured, follow your saved choice. Select Analytics preferences in the footer to view the current choice, allow optional analytics, or reject it. Rejecting analytics does not sign you out. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Security and policy changes

We use access controls and private media storage to restrict access to your content. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect an account or content exposure, contact support.

We update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your rights under applicable data protection law are not limited by this policy.
