Acceptable Use Policy

Roadster AI content standards, six prohibited content categories, moderation, reporting, enforcement, and appeals.

Last updated: 2026-10-18

Scope and permitted use

This policy applies to Roadster AI at teslaroadsterai.pro, including uploaded images, scene instructions, generation requests, generated videos, and use of your account. It forms part of the Terms of Service. It also applies to attempts to produce prohibited content, even if no video is completed.

Use Roadster AI to create lawful, fictional car videos using photos you own or have permission to submit for AI processing. A photo of a branded vehicle is not automatically prohibited: you must hold the necessary rights and must not suggest a manufacturer or another person endorses your creation. Permission to use an image does not override the safety rules below.

Prohibited content

You must not upload, request, generate, or use the service to distribute any of the following:

1. Pornography and NSFW sexual content

Pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual services, fetish content, or sexualized nudity. Non-consensual intimate content, including synthetic intimate images or videos, is prohibited regardless of whether the person is real or fictional.

2. Graphic violence and gore

Graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, cruelty, or gore, including realistic depictions intended to shock or celebrate suffering. Do not request attacks on people, graphic crash victims, or content encouraging real-world violence. Non-graphic, fictional car stunts without injury are permitted within the tool's intended purpose.

3. Hate speech and hateful abuse

Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people because of protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Threats, extremist recruitment, and praise for hateful violence are prohibited.

4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of anyone under 18, grooming, or other content that endangers children. This includes generated or altered depictions and attempts to make a minor appear to be an adult for sexual purposes. Never upload or send suspected CSAM to our support address; report its location or task ID without attaching the material.

5. Non-consensual deepfakes and impersonation

Deepfakes of another person without their consent, deceptive impersonation, identity theft, or fabricated endorsements. Do not place a real person into a scene without permission or make it appear that someone performed a stunt, committed an act, or made a statement they did not. Consent does not permit fraud, harassment, sexual abuse, or other prohibited uses.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized use of protected photos, video, artwork, or logos, counterfeit promotion, or misleading claims of brand affiliation. Use only material you own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have a lawful basis to process. A brand appearing on an authorized car photo does not itself establish infringement or endorsement.

Other misuse

Do not use the service for fraud, scams, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, harassment, or threats. Do not submit instructions for dangerous real-world driving or vehicle stunts. Generated scenes are fictional creative content, not driving guidance or proof that an event occurred. Do not evade a restriction through another account, disguise a prohibited request, bypass safety checks, steal credentials, or attack the service.

Content moderation and generation checks

User-entered scene instructions are checked on the server before a new video request is submitted to the generation provider. Automated screening can allow a request, reject it, or flag it for review; a flagged or unavailable screening result does not authorize a new generation. Requests rejected before generation do not consume generation credits. Automated text checks do not establish that an uploaded image or a completed video is safe.

The AI generation provider may apply its own safety controls and reject requests. The operator also reviews reports, relevant task and account records, and the content needed to investigate a specific concern. Access is limited to what is needed for support, enforcement, or a legal obligation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Not every upload or completed video receives human review before delivery, and automated systems can miss violations or incorrectly reject a lawful request. There is no public feed in which every generated video is published. Do not treat an automated approval or a completed generation as permission to violate this policy. Use the reporting and appeal channels below when a concern or a mistake needs review.

Report a concern

Email support@teslaroadsterai.pro with the subject “Content safety report.” You do not need an account to report. An account support ticket is also available after sign-in. Include, when available:

  • The relevant page URL, task ID, or video identifier.
  • The category you believe is violated and a brief explanation.
  • Your contact email so we can ask questions and communicate the outcome.
  • For copyright or trademark concerns, identify the work or mark, explain your rights or authority to act, and identify the allegedly infringing material. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

Do not attach illegal material, suspected CSAM, passwords, full card details, or unrelated personal data. A task ID or location and a factual description are enough to begin. Reports should be made in good faith. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service rather than waiting for an email response.

Review process and response targets

The operator records and assesses a report, prioritizes urgent safety concerns, checks the relevant evidence, and decides whether to restrict access, remove material, or take account action. We may ask the reporter or account holder for limited additional information. We share an outcome or status update where appropriate without disclosing another person's private information or compromising an investigation.

  • Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge a report within 2 business days.
  • Standard review: we aim to communicate a decision or substantive update within 7 business days of receiving enough information to investigate.
  • Urgent concerns: suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and other imminent safety risks are prioritized as soon as identified; we may restrict access before completing the investigation and make reports to competent authorities when required by law.
  • Complex cases: if legal review, identity or rights checks, or a provider response takes longer, we aim to send an update within the standard review period and explain the next step and expected timing.

These are support targets, not a guarantee of continuous monitoring or a 24-hour response service. A legally required shorter deadline takes priority. Business days mean Monday through Friday.

Enforcement and credits

Actions depend on the severity, evidence, risk, and any repeated violations. Where justified, we may:

  • Reject a prompt or prevent a generation from being submitted.
  • Warn the account holder or require a compliant replacement request.
  • Remove violating media from our storage or restrict access and download links under our control.
  • Restrict generation or access to violating downloads to prevent further misuse, including attempts to evade restrictions.
  • Reverse credits obtained through fraud or abuse, or revoke promotional credits connected to misuse, where permitted by law and supported by the account and credit records.
  • Preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with valid legal requests or make legally required reports.

We do not automatically confiscate legitimately purchased unused credits because a report was made or a request was rejected. Any payment refund or balance adjustment is assessed under the Refund Policy, the relevant usage records, and applicable law. A safety action does not guarantee that a third-party copy can be removed. We normally explain a restriction and how to appeal, unless doing so would create a safety risk or breach a legal obligation.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation or account decision was mistaken, email support@teslaroadsterai.pro with the subject “Content safety appeal” within 14 calendar days of the notice. Include the task or case reference, the reason for your appeal, and any lawful supporting information. Do not repeat the blocked generation as an appeal.

The operator reassesses the relevant evidence and any new information. We aim to acknowledge the appeal within 2 business days and provide a decision or substantive update within 7 business days after receiving enough information. A mistaken restriction may be removed and any affected balance corrected. These internal appeal targets do not limit rights or complaint routes available under applicable law.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the product and safety needs change, with additional notice where required. The date above identifies the current version. Send policy questions and content reports to support@teslaroadsterai.pro. Account and content data are handled under the Privacy Policy.
